The Getty Art Institute in Los Angeles started this viral trend when they had to close due to the Coronavirus. What people have done is amazing and so creative! We at ECS challenge you to do the same!
What to do: Recreate a work of art with objects and or people from home!
Use household objects to recreate a favorite, or interesting work of art. See the examples below and on the getty blog.
Submit your best photo to Ms. Jesion and Ms. Costello via email. One winner will be chosen and will win an Amazon gift card. One teacher and one student will win!

What you need to email in for the submission: -A photo of your recreation -The image you are recreating (including title and artist)
Submissions must be in by Friday, May 22 at 2pm. A winner will be announced Tuesday May 26

Helpful tips: I hung clothing behind me and used portrait mode to get that bright look. I also edited it a little by darkening the edges. Do not over edit! We want this to be as "real" as possible. Overly edited submissions will not be considered.
